I contacted a parking space owner but am yet to receive a reply

We are very sorry that you have not yet received a response to your parking space enquiry.

The replying to your enquiry is unfortunately not within our control as we need the parking space owner to reply to your message before the booking can be confirmed. Parking space owners who do not reply to enquiries have their reliability rating reduced and their parking space listing moved down our search results while their messages remain unread.

 

Please visit https://www.parkatmyhouse.com/dashboard/messaging/ to view your message and see if the owner has read your message. It will be highlighted if the message remains unread. You can also try sending them another message.

Some parking spaces have "instant booking" enabled which allows you to book the space without requiring confirmation from the parking space owner.

If you are in a rush, please try and contact a different parking space owner to enquire about the availability of their parking space.
